The true sacrifice

A cheerful giver is one who don't bost while doing so. Giving is not a short cut to heaven. There are people who give heavily but ears don't hear. However, there are acceptable ways giving can please God one of which is giving without deliberately seeking to be noticed.

There is no limit to how far we can love a person. Love is unending exercise , it is a continuous process that leeway unity which means it should be a daily concern not a yearly tradition.

The young music star, Davido, who donated his little pocket to orphanages did so well but, it is still not a good reason to campare him to religious leaders.

Religious leaders do go as far as sacrificing their time, ideas, material and spiritual giving such as prayers, counselling to humanity on daily basis . These are more than N250 million donation.

Most especially, healing of deliverance given by most of the religious leaders can not be given by Davido.

The prayer of faith by religious leaders is what has kept and sustained the orphanages for him to have found them for material donation.

Spiritual sacrifices by the religious leaders had sustained the nation we live in despite the failed government, churches have contributed immensely in the aspect of job creation , grants, talent hunt. Platforms are given to the youths.

There are givings better than money.

Can Davido heal the sick?, can he sacrifice in the place of prayer and fasting for the people whom he feels he loved?

About a year and some months ago, the nation of Nigeria wasn't left out in the world coronavirus pandemic that caused the "stay home era", and it could be recalled that churches played unforgettable role then even more than the government. These are uncommon sacrifices that can't be offered by a mere celebrity.

So to say, a true material giving should be accompanied with spiritual backing  else, it may be incomplete and may not attract  glorification from the God that reward good deeds.
