She has Accepted to Marry me- Heritage Polytechnic Lecturer

In Heritage Polytechnic, a lecturer in the department of Mass Communication, George Nathan had on Dec. 16, 2021, proposed to Deborah Emmanuel,a year two student of the department.

George Nathan is a class lecturer to Deborah. He is a distinction student who graduated from Heritage Polytechnic in 2017, and was later employed as an academic staff in the school in June 2021.

George Nathan had however expressed happiness over Deborah's acceptance. In his words, "In God's time, He perfects His works and causes smiles to last on our faces.

"I didn't plan it. God planned it. If I were to choose, I wouldn't choose her, but God chose her for me.

"That moment she said "yes" to me, I knew I have just changed level physically and spiritually.

"Thank you,Choice for saying "yes" to me. The movement has just become a mission.

Thank you!," he said.

The intending couples were accompanied by two prominent lecturers of the department,Mr. Ubong Andem and Mr. Samuel Etifit ,who witnessed the proposal.
