Who I am and what I do

My name is Oga Genesis Ani, a native of Obi Local Government, Benue State. I am a Chef by profession. All my life I have spent learning how to become a professional cook which has got me to attend lots of catering schools across the shores of Nigeria and overseas.  I have a lot of certificates in chef such as International Masters Chef. My experiences are tremendous because I spent most of my time working with foreign allies. Cooking is my hubby and I love it. I specializes in cooking and nothing else.

I run a kitchen called, Genesis Signature Cafe. I started this company 4 years ago. To date, we have grown beyond human imaginations within the shortest period of time and we've got many branches across Nigeria.

The way I love cooking is the way I also train people who want to become great chefs. Because of this, I started Family Tree Chef Academy. This institution is where I train cooks and award them with government recognized certificate. Over two hundred chefs have graduated from this academy.

As a company, we cook for events, we are mobile, meaning that people can higher us to cook for their event despite travelling distance.

At Genesis Signature Café, we prepare varieties of dishes such as, Chinese food, continental dishes, Pastry, Italian pastas, Labanise candy, American salad, Pizza/ shawarma, smoothie, sizzling food etc.
