Kaduna: 1,347 NYSC Batch ‘B’ Corp Members begin Orientation Course


1,347 2023 Batch- B Stream-2 Corp members deployed to Kaduna State by the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) officially began the 21-day orientation course today.

1,347 2023 Batch- B Stream-2 Corp members deployed to Kaduna State by the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) officially began the 21-day orientation course today. 


The NYSC Batch-B Stream-2 Orientation Exercise took place at the National Youth Service Corps Temporary Orientation Camp, Government College, Kaduna. The 1,347 corp members represented those who successfully registered at the orientation camp. 

Declaring the orientation course open, the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, ably represented by the Commissioner, Human Services and Social Development, Rabi Salisu tasked the fresh corp members to take the orientation exercise serious and utilise it as future ambassadors of the Federal Government. 

Earlier, the NYSC StateCoordinator, Hassan Taura disclosed that the Management of the NYSC, Kaduna State received a total of 1,347 fresh corp members, comprising 684 females and 663 males so far. He advised the corp members to ensure that they participate in all the camp’s slated activities. 

Some of the corp members who were sworn-in at the NYSC Orientation exercise, Akandi Udofia and Sunday Ahmed, in their remarks, thanked the NYSC Management and all the camp instructors for a warm welcome and reception, and promised to abide by all the camp's slated activities.
