NYSC Closes 2024 Batch "B" Stream 1 Orientation Exercise in Grand Style, Promise Security of Corp Members


The NYSC Kaduna State has closed the 2024 batch B stream 1 orientation course. The Kaduna State Coordinator charged the corp members to cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship as there are no white collar jobs.

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) State Coordinate, Hassan Taura, at the closing ceremony of the 2024 Batch "B" Stream 1 Orientation Course, at the  Kaduna State NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp, Kumin Marshi,  released corp members with  security support and entrepreneurial backings.


The State Coordinator in his speech, advised  the corp members to continue with the level of discipline they have had while in the orientation course as they will be going to their different Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).


Taura furthered that, the corp members should avoid night journeys and unauthorized travelling outside the state. He added: "if you need to travel, follow the proper channel of communication to seek permission for security reasons."

Corroborating such assertions, the executive governor, Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, ably represented by  the Commissioner for Sport, Prof. Benjamin Gugong, urged the corp members to continue in their propriety brouhaha. Gugong said: " I am pleased to be with you this day  to preside over this closing ceremony. My dear corp members, I have been informed about your dedication and commitment to all the camp activities. I urged you to continue in excellence conduct all through your service year."


Gugong tasked the corp members to utilise the Skills and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programs in Nigeria's quest  to attain industrial height.


Moreso, Prof. Benjamin appealed to companies to accept corp members posted to their organization  in good faith and provide enabling environment to make their service year  remarkable, adding that the corp members are the image makers of the Federal Government of Nigeria. 


Congratulating the camp officials, the Commissioner for  Sport, thanked the NYSC Kaduna State staffs for making the camp experience a state of the art.


However, some corp members who were at the closing ceremony poured praises on the NYSC Management and camp officials for a warmed hospitality during the orientation course.
